A delicious and easy apricot crumble, perfect for a summer dessert. This treat can be made quickly and with almost any berries or fruits.

Ingredients:

- 500 g fresh apricots
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g rolled oats
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 75 g butter
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Rinse the apricots, halve them, and remove the pits. Place the apricots in a baking dish.
3. Mix the sugar and lemon juice with the apricots.
4. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Rub the mixture together until crumbly.
5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apricots.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
