Ingredients:

- ½ watermelon
- 1 fresh pineapple
- ½ lime (juice)
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Cut the watermelon in half and remove the seeds. Cube the watermelon.
2. Peel the pineapple and cut it into cubes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon cubes and pineapple cubes.
4. Squeeze lime juice over the salad and gently mix.
5. Add the chopped mint and honey (if using), along with a pinch of salt. Mix lightly.
6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
