Ingredients:
- Firm fish (e.g., cod or sea bass)
- 2 lemons
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Thaw the firm fish in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
2. Slice the lemons and squeeze the juice into a separate bowl.
3. Mince the garlic cloves.
4. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
5. Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it.
6. Top the fish with the lemon slices.
7. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
