Ingredients:

- 100 g mämmi
- 1 cup lemon-lakritsi yogurt
- 1/4 tsp ground anise (optional)
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1/2 dl yogurt (e.g., Turkish)
- nearly 1/2 dl lemon curd (or lime curd)
- chocolate-lakritsi cookies, licorice pieces, etc. (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the mämmi and lemon-lakritsi yogurt until well combined.
2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold the yogurt and lemon curd into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
4. Layer the mämmi mixture and the cream mixture into dessert bowls.
5. Sprinkle cookie crumbs (or pieces of licorice) between the layers.
