A delicious licorice ice cream that satisfies your sweet cravings. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, but it also requires freezing time. Serves 4.Ingredients:
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl sugar
- 100 g licorice (e.g., candy or licorice powder)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Crush the licorice into small pieces or use licorice powder.
2. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until it forms soft peaks.
3. Add milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the whipped cream. Mix well.
4. Fold the crushed licorice into the mixture until evenly combined.
5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, or pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
6. If not using an ice cream maker, stir the mixture every 30 minutes until fully frozen (about 4-6 hours).
7. Serve and enjoy!
