A delightful cake blending the tangy flavor of lemon with the unique taste of licorice. Perfect for a sweet treat!

Serving Size: 12 slices
Ingredients:
- 1 can lemon curd
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 can lemon cream cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 8 Kick licorice toffee bars
- 7 tbsp boiling water
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 dl heavy cream
- 2 dl sugar
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whip the eggs and sugar together until frothy.
2. Gradually add the boiling water while mixing, and continue to beat for about 5 minutes.
3. Incorporate the lemon curd, lemon juice, and lemon cream cheese into the mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) and gently fold them into the batter.
5. Melt the Kick licorice toffee bars and stir them into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes or until the cake is fully cooked.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
