Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 tbsp licorice powder
- For garnish: licorice balls and chocolate shavings
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
2. Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar.
3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
4. Mix the egg yolks into the melted chocolate until well combined.
5. Stir the licorice powder into the chocolate mixture and mix well.
6. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the chocolate mixture, followed by the whipped cream.
7. Pour the mousse into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
8. Before serving, garnish with licorice balls and chocolate shavings.
