This delicious onion pie is a perfect savory snack or a delightful dish for gatherings. The combination of a crispy crust and flavorful filling will leave you wanting more. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients
- Crust:- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 dl graham flour
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp water
- Filling:
- 150 g ham
- 2 onions
- 2 dl cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl grated cheese
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool slightly. 2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, salt, graham flour, and all-purpose flour. Add water and knead the dough until smooth.
3. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a pie dish. Pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
4. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté the onions in a pan until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
5. Cut the ham into small pieces. In a bowl, combine the cream, eggs, black pepper, sautéed onions, and ham.
6. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake the pie in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
