Delicious and crispy, French fries are the perfect side dish to accompany many meals. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long, thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly with the spices.
4. Spread the seasoned potato strips evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the cooking time.
6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
