A simple and delicious pasta carbonara that is quick to prepare and loved by the whole family.

Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet and cook the bacon or pancetta until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and reserve a bit of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the skillet with the bacon and garlic.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Quickly toss to combine, allowing the heat of the pasta to cook the eggs without scrambling them. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to make the sauce creamy.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
