Description: This delicious onion baked bread is easy to make and is a perfect addition to any meal. The dough comes together quickly, and then it just needs to rise in a loaf pan before baking.
Preparation Time: 1 hour (includes rising time)
Serving Size: 2 loaves

Ingredients:

- 1 packet of yeast
- 6 dl lukewarm water
- 3 dl oatmeal
- 2 dl shredded cheese
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 2 cooked onions
- 8-10 dl all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
2. Add syrup and salt to the mixture and stir well.
3. Mix in the oatmeal, shredded cheese, and finely chopped cooked onions (sautéed, but not browned).
4. Combine the ingredients until smooth.
5. Gradually add flour while mixing until the dough is soft.
6. Pour the dough into two greased loaf pans (no greasing needed for silicone pans).
7. Allow the dough to rise under a kitchen towel in the pans for about 20 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
