Mustard-Crusted Crispy Baked Salmon

A delicious salmon fillet topped with a crunchy mustard glaze, served with a flavorful anchovy sauce. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 600 g salmon fillet - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Anchovy Sauce:
- 100 g anchovy fillets - 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). 2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and place it in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon.
4. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the anchovy sauce by mixing the anchovies, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and crushed garlic in a bowl. Season with black pepper.
6. Serve the salmon with the anchovy sauce and garnish with fresh dill.
