A simple and delicious recipe combining flavorful jalotofu and fresh sprout salad. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
- 200 g jalotofu
- 100 g sprout salad
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for one minute, until golden brown.
2. Cut the jalotofu into cubes and add to the pan. Fry the tofu until golden brown, about 8–10 minutes.
3. Pour the soy sauce and lime juice over the tofu and mix well. Allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
4. Prepare the sprout salad in a bowl. Add the sprout salad, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
5. Serve the jalotofu on top of the sprout salad.
