SIMASUUN SÄMPYLÄT

A delicious Finnish-style rolls made with a refreshing lemon drink base. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 rolls
Ingredients:
- 5 dl lukewarm lemon drink (sima)
- 1 packet of yeast
- 2 dl multigrain flakes
- 3 dl bran flakes
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ dl oil
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm lemon drink.
2. Add the multigrain flakes, bran flakes, salt, and oil to the mixture.
3. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
4. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Let the rolls rise for another 15-20 minutes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
