A wholesome recipe for delicious 4-grain rolls, perfect for any meal.

Serving Size: 40 rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 packets dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons syrup
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups rye flour
- 2 cups oat flour
- 2 cups barley flour
Instructions:
1. Warm the water until it is lukewarm and pour it into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the dry yeast and mix well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until bubbly.
3. Stir in the salt and syrup, mixing until combined.
4. Gradually add all the flours into the bowl, stirring with a wooden spoon until a dough starts to form.
5. Knead the dough by hand for about 5-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
6. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
7. Divide the dough into 40 equal pieces and shape them into rolls.
8. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
9. Preheat the oven to 450°F (225°C).
10. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
11. Allow to cool on a rack before serving.
