A delicious pizza-flavored bread roll, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 10 rolls
Ingredients:
- 2.5 dl (1 cup) water or milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mineral salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet (7 g) dry yeast
- 5 dl (4 cups) all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Heat the water or milk until lukewarm, then mix in the sugar and mineral salt.
2. Add the olive oil and dry yeast to the mixture, stirring well.
3. Gradually incorporate the flour into the mixture, kneading until the dough is elastic and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes.
5. Once the dough has risen, knead it lightly and divide it into portions. Shape them into rolls or pizza shapes.
6. Allow the shaped rolls to rise for another 15-20 minutes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
8. Enjoy fresh!
