A delicious egg and bacon pizza featuring a crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and melted cheese. Perfect for brunch or a hearty dinner! Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl tomato paste
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 ½ dl flour
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 bell pepper
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 dl milk
- ½ dl melted butter
- mozzarella cheese, grated
- pinch of salt
- black pepper
- oregano
Instructions:
1. Crust: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add melted butter and milk to the mixture and stir until a smooth dough forms.
3. Roll the dough into a circle and place it on a baking sheet.
4. Toppings: Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Set aside.
5. Chop the bell pepper and garlic, and sauté in the same pan until soft.
6. Spread the tomato paste over the dough, then add the cooked bacon, bell pepper, and garlic.
7. Carefully crack the eggs on top of the filling and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
8. Season with oregano and add a bit more salt and pepper.
9. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is nicely melted.
10. Let cool slightly before serving.
