A hearty and delicious winter dish, perfect when served with potato coins.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl cream
- 1 raw onion (grated)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 100 g bacon (chopped)
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Soak the breadcrumbs in cream.
2. Add the grated onion, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
3. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then place it on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
4. Add the bacon, ground beef, and egg to the soaked breadcrumb mixture.
5. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
6. Shape the mixture into patties.
7. Cook the patties over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
