Delicious pan-fried patties made from leftover meat stew and smoked bacon, served with fresh rolls and tasty sides. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 100 g leftover meat stew- 60 g smoked bacon
- 60 g boiled Lapin Puikula potatoes
- 2 slices of your favorite cheese
- 20 g thinly sliced shallots
- 4 slices of long fresh cucumber
- A splash of white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp chopped dill
- 2 tbsp homemade paprika mayonnaise
- 1 dl thinly sliced red cabbage
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Rapeseed oil for frying the patties
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Rustic rolls
Instructions:
1. Coarsely grind the leftover meat stew, smoked bacon, and boiled potatoes in a food processor or meat grinder.2. Shape the mixture into two patties and fry them in hot rapeseed oil until cooked through.
3. Place cheese slices on top of the patties and allow them to melt.
4. Toast the cut sides of the rolls until golden brown.
5. Sauté the shallot rings in oil until soft.
6. Assemble the burgers: place a patty in between the roll, add sautéed onions, cucumber slices, and paprika mayonnaise.
7. Prepare a side of cabbage salad and pickled cucumbers.
