A delicious blend of barley and rice flakes, perfect for a wholesome snack.

Serving Size: 12 rolls
Ingredients:
- 8 dl cooked porridge (made from barley and rice flakes)
- 2.5 dl hot water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cooked porridge, hot water, salt, and honey until well combined.
2. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to cool and thicken slightly.
3. Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
5. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
Enjoy the rolls with butter or cheese!
