Serving Size: 12-15 rolls
Ingredients:
- 5 dl water
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 dl olive oil
- 12 dl all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Warm the water until it is lukewarm and pour it into a bowl.
2. Add the dry yeast, sugar, and salt, and mix well.
3. Stir in the olive oil and mix until combined.
4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture until the dough becomes elastic.
5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
6. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes.
7. Divide the dough into 12-15 portions and shape them into rolls.
8. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
10. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
