A simple and delicious recipe for a busy weeknight. A perfect lasagna that will leave you wanting more! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 2 dl cooking cream (10% fat) - 1 tbsp oregano
- 4 cloves garlic
- 400 g ground beef
- Lasagna sheets
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 dl grated cheese
- 2 onions
Instructions
1. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. 2. Brown the ground beef in a frying pan.
3. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the browned meat and cook for a moment.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, cooking cream, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
5. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Prepare the lasagna: Place a layer of the meat mixture at the bottom of a baking dish, cover with lasagna sheets, and add a layer of grated cheese.
7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
