Ingredients:
- 9 lasagne sheets
- 400 g minced meat (beef or pork)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or parmesan)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onions. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the minced meat to the pan and brown it. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and sugar.
4. Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Grease a baking dish and place a layer of lasagne sheets at the bottom.
6. Pour a layer of the minced meat mixture over the lasagne sheets, followed by a layer of cream. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream and grated cheese on top.
7. Bake the lasagne in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow the lasagne to rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
