Description: Freshly baked buns that are soft and fluffy, perfect for any meal or snack.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 buns
Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml milk
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- (optional: seeds, herbs, or cheese)
Instructions:
1. Warm the water and milk until lukewarm.
2. Crumble the yeast into the liquid and stir until dissolved.
3. Add sugar, salt, and oil to the mixture.
4. Gradually incorporate the flour into the dough, kneading until it is elastic.
5. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
6. Knead the dough again and shape it into buns.
7. Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the buns are golden brown.
9. Let them cool before serving.
