A soft and refreshing lemonade with hints of beer. This drink is perfect for summer and is easy to prepare! Preparation Time: 2-3 days
Serving Size: Approximately 10 liters
Ingredients:
- 8 liters water - 0.5 kg (5.5 dl) sugar
- 0.5 kg brown sugar
- 2-3 lemons
- 2 dl Pilsner Urquell beer
Instructions:
1. Boil 2 liters of water in a pot and add the sugars. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.2. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add it to the sugar water. Slice the lemons and add them to the pot as well.
3. Add the remaining 6 liters of water to the pot and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
4. Once cooled, add the Pilsner Urquell beer and mix well.
5. Pour the sima into clean bottles and seal them lightly. Allow the sima to ferment at room temperature for 2-3 days.
6. Check the flavor of the sima and bottle it when it reaches your desired sweetness. Store in the refrigerator.
