A refreshing and delicious drink, perfect for summer days or celebrations. This easy-to-make recipe is bursting with flavor.
Preparation Time: 1 day
Serving Size: 7 liters

Ingredients:

- 1 packet (3 tsp) quick yeast
- 400 g cane sugar
- 100 ml lime juice
- 600 g brown sugar
- 100 ml dark maple syrup
- 2 lemons
- 300 ml grape juice
- 1 small packet of raisins
- 100 ml blueberries
- 500 ml apple juice
- 7 L water

Instructions:

1. Heat 2 liters of water in a pot and add the cane sugar, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Stir until the sugars dissolve.
2. Remove the pot from heat and add the remaining 5 liters of water to the mixture, allowing it to cool to room temperature.
3. Add lime juice, grape juice, and the juice from the squeezed lemons to the mixture.
4. Stir in the yeast and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a large container and cover it with an airlock. Allow it to ferment at room temperature for 24 hours.
6. Once fermentation is complete, add the raisins and blueberries. Bottle the drink and place it in the refrigerator.
7. Let the drink chill in the fridge for at least 2 days before serving.
