Smoked Salmon Bites with Dill Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
- 2 dl mayonnaise
- ½ dl chopped fresh dill
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- 5-6 slices of rye bread
- Slices of cold smoked salmon
- Edible flowers (for garnish)
- Arugula sprouts (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the chopped dill into the mayonnaise and season with lemon juice.
2. Cut the rye bread into small square bites.
3. Spread a generous amount of dill mayonnaise on each piece of bread.
4. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and place them on top of the bread bites.
5. Garnish each serving with edible flowers and arugula sprouts.
