Delicious and easy-to-make fish patties, perfect as a main dish or appetizer. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g silakkafileitä (herring fillets)
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp white pepper
- Fresh chopped dill
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Arrange half of the herring fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Sprinkle the fillets with salt, white pepper, and chopped dill.
3. Place the remaining fillets on top.
4. Brush the tops with oil.
5. Bake in the oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the fish fillets are cooked through.
