Delicious and juicy fish patties made with fresh vendace, cream, and dill, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg vendace
- 2 dl cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs
- Rye flour
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Clean the vendace, rinse them, and remove the backbone.
2. In a bowl, mix the chopped dill, lemon juice, and cream.
3. Place the vendace fillets in the mixture and let them marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Remove the fillets from the refrigerator and place them together in pairs.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and rye flour.
6. Dip the vendace patties into the flour mixture and fry them in butter until crispy.
7. Serve the vendace patties with mashed potatoes.
