This delicious mushroom salad is a perfect side dish or light meal. The fresh flavors combine salted mixed mushrooms, cottage cheese, and pickles. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 dl salted mixed mushrooms - 200 g cottage cheese
- 1-2 pickles, diced
- 1 onion, diced (or to taste)
- White pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salted mixed mushrooms in cold water and drain them well.2. In a bowl, combine the salted mushrooms, cottage cheese, diced pickles, and onion.
3. Season the mixture with white pepper to taste and mix well.
4. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
5. Serve on its own or on top of bread.
