Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 50 g pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente according to package instructions.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Stir in the cream and pine nuts. Mix well and let it warm through.
6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the mushroom sauce.
7. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
