Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g butter
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta.
2. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until soft.
3. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and mix well. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well to coat the pasta.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
