A creamy and zesty twist on the classic Alfredo, this Lemon Pasta Alfredo is perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g. fettuccine)
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 50 g butter
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving a little cooking water.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cream and stir until smooth.
3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and mix until the cheese has melted into the sauce.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice and add the zest to the sauce. Stir well to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is thoroughly coated in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
