Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. Stir in the all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set and the center is slightly wobbly.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it on its own or with whipped cream.
