A delicious and comforting apple pie made with fresh apples, cinnamon, and a flaky crust. Perfect for dessert or a cozy gathering. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 4 medium apples
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g pie crust dough
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg (for glazing)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the apples.
2. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
3. Roll out the pie crust dough and line a pie dish with it.
4. Pour the apple mixture over the crust and dot with small pieces of butter.
5. Cover the pie with a top layer of dough or create decorative shapes with the dough.
6. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
