A delicious tart made with tart apples and flaky pastry, perfect for dessert. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- Tart domestic apples
- 1 large sheet of puff pastry
- Raw sugar
- Butter
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla sugar (optional)
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the apples.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
3. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
4. Arrange the apple slices on top of the pastry.
5. Sprinkle raw sugar, cinnamon, and optionally vanilla sugar over the apples.
6. Dot the apple slices with small pieces of butter.
7. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the top, if desired.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the apples are tender.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
