Ingredients:

- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust (e.g., puff pastry)
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions:
