A delightful dish featuring fresh mushrooms and creamy sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cooking cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. You can add a little reserved cooking water if needed to achieve a pleasing consistency.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
