A delicious and hearty mushroom stew made with a blend of black trumpet mushrooms and fresh champignons. Perfect for a cozy meal.

Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 ml frozen black trumpet mushrooms
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 small yellow onion
- 200 g fresh champignon mushrooms
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Finely chop the yellow onion and add it to the pan. Sauté the onion until it becomes soft.
3. Slice the fresh champignon mushrooms and add them to the pan. Cook until they are tender.
4. Add the frozen black trumpet mushrooms to the pan and mix well.
5. Season with salt and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir quickly until the stew thickens.
7. Allow to simmer on low heat for another 5-10 minutes, stirring as needed.
8. Serve warm, ideally with potatoes or bread.
