Mushroom and Chanterelle Soup

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons paprika powder
- 1 beef broth cube
- 2 teaspoons fine sea salt
- 1.5 liters mixed pre-prepared frozen mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Butter for frying the mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ liter dried chanterelles
- 1 can (400 g) coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 liter water
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a pot and add the mixed mushrooms. Sauté for a few minutes.
2. Add paprika powder, garlic powder, and the beef broth cube. Mix well.
3. Stir in the dried chanterelles and sauté briefly.
4. Pour in the water and coconut milk. Add fine sea salt and turmeric. Stir to combine.
5. Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
6. Add ground coriander and check the seasoning. Serve warm.
