- 2 onions- 2 tablespoons butter (or oil/margarine)
- 0.5 teaspoon herb salt
- Water
- 1 cup mixed mushrooms, chopped and blanched
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 potatoes
- 2 liters cabbage
- 1 chicken broth cube
Instructions
1. Remove the tough core from the cabbage.2. Boil the cabbage in salted water until soft. Add more water if necessary.
3. Sauté the chopped onions in butter (or oil) in a pan until they are soft.
4. Add the blanched mushrooms and herb salt to the pan, and sauté the mixture for a few minutes.
5. Remove the boiled cabbage from the water, fill them with the mushroom mixture, and roll them up.
6. Peel and boil the potatoes separately in salted water until tender.
7. Prepare the chicken broth cube in boiling water and pour it over the rolls.
8. Serve the mushroom rolls with the potatoes.
