A delicious smoked salmon salad that combines fresh flavors and nutrient-rich ingredients. Perfect for a light lunch or side dish.

Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 100 g mixed greens (e.g., arugula and lettuce)
- 1 cucumber
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the mixed greens. Place them at the bottom of a bowl.
2. Slice the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and avocado. Add them on top of the greens.
3. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the salad.
4. Tear the smoked salmon into small pieces and place it on top of the salad.
5. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice together, then drizzle the dressing over the salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve immediately.
