Ingredients:
- 1 medium slice of mixed sourdough bread (about 30 g)
- 1 slice of Emmental cheese (27-30% fat)
- 1 teaspoon margarine (40% fat)
Instructions:
1. Take the slice of sourdough bread and place it on a plate.
2. Spread the margarine evenly over the top of the bread.
3. Place the slice of Emmental cheese on top of the margarine.
