A delicious baked sausage dish perfect for sauna food, combining cheesy flavors and juicy goodness. Great for dinner or a tasty treat. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g sausage
- 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Place the sausage in a baking dish and brush it with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and paprika powder over the sausage.
4. Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the sausage.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
6. Remove the sausage from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
7. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
