Grilled Plums Stuffed with Blue Cheese

A delightful treat where ripe plums combine with blue cheese and cream, enhanced by port wine or Madeira, and optional mango. Perfect as a side dish or dessert for your grill parties. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 liter ripe plums - 100 g blue cheese
- 1/2 dl cream
- 2 tbsp port wine or Madeira
- A few slices of mango (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse the plums and carefully slice them in half. Remove the pits. 2. In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, cream, and port wine or Madeira until smooth.
3. Fill each plum half with the cheese mixture.
4. Place the stuffed plums on the grill and cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the plums are soft.
5. Serve warm. Optionally, top with mango slices.
