Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups grated Emmental cheese
- 400 g pollock fillets
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1-2 cups water
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion and place it at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
2. Lay the frozen pollock fillets on top of the onions.
3. Season the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
4. Cover the fish with water.
5. Sprinkle the grated Emmental cheese over the fish.
6. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
