A delicious and easy recipe for gluten-free bread that's perfect for sandwiches or toast.

Ingredients:
- 2.5 dl gluten-free flour
- 1 dl gram flour
- 0.5 dl soy flour
- 2 mm salt (e.g., fine sea salt)
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl oil
- 1 tsp dry yeast
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: gluten-free flour, gram flour, soy flour, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add the water and oil to the dry mixture.
3. Stir to form a smooth dough. The dough should be moist but not too runny.
4. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
5. Shape the dough into your desired bread form and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Cover the bread with a cloth and allow it to rise for about 1 hour.
7. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
8. Bake the bread in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the surface is a beautiful golden brown.
9. Allow the bread to cool before slicing and enjoying.
