A delicious pasta bake combining smoky cheese and creamy white sauce, creating the perfect comfort food to enjoy secretly in the corner of your couch.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta
- 1 liter milk
- 50 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 200 g smoked cheese (e.g., Kuusamo cheese)
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., Emmental)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the white sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
3. Gradually add the milk while continuously stirring until the sauce thickens.
4. Stir in the smoked cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and parsley until the cheese is completely melted.
5. Combine the cooked pasta and cheese sauce in a baking dish.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
