Ingredients:
- 600 g lamb chops - 3 garlic cloves
- A bunch of coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 4 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 onion
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Juice of 1/2 orange
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the garlic cloves and onion. 2. Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the lamb chops and sear until they are nicely browned.
5. Add the carrots and potatoes to the skillet, mixing well.
6. Add coriander, cumin, salt, pepper, and orange juice. Stir and add water if needed to cover the ingredients.
7. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the meat and vegetables are tender.
8. Check the seasoning and serve warm.
