Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh pasta
- 200 g fresh tomatoes
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g fresh basil
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Sauté for a moment until the garlic is golden brown.
4. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
